Problem: In order to sell to the European market we needed to build a platform that needed to be cognizant for all products.
Solution: We proposed a landing page that was customizable by the customer. The dashboard was focused on products that employees used.
Deliverables: UX Strategy, Design Workshops, competitive analysis, wireframes, journey maps and definition of style guides.
Design Workshop
I facilitated a design workshop to tackle the unknown. I gathered Product, Engineering and design in one room. We went through known requirements and the research that was already done. Then, collectively came up with a long term goal.
First, we came up with a long term goal. Next, we came up with the best and worst case scenarios. Then, we created story maps with user flows for every user.
Every person in the workshop participated in a sketching session and then we voted what we liked best.
We captured additional requirements for every user and scenario

We analyzed every sketch and collected the best ideas during the session
We created a story map by associating the requirements to each step on the user flows.
