Problem: The mobile app was lacking features. One of the many features that were added, are the ability to add Goals, Competencies & Notes.
Solution: Enhanced the mobile app experience by working closely with stakeholders to get more features added into the app. At the same time we went through a major visual overhaul of the app.
Deliverables: Competitive analysis, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, UX and strategy, journey maps and definition of style guides.
