Problem: Redesign the Recruiting Job Board experience for candidates so they could easily spot the jobs nearby.
Solution: Enhanced the job search experience by using an interactive map so candidates could see all jobs nearby. In addition we also enhanced the overall design and experience using filters, featured jobs and creating job alerts. This project was considered the 1st "delightful" feature by industry analysts.
Deliverables: Site audits, design workshops, user interviews, competitive analysis, wireframes, interactive prototypes, UX and strategy, journey maps and definition of style guides
