I am a seasoned Product Designer with over 20+ years of experience in different industries including Human Resources, Finance, Telecommunications, and Restaurant Services. I’ve always loved everything design, in particular clean, simple and minimalist design that functions well. I am especially motivated by challenges and solving puzzles.

Throughout my career I have worked in Agile environments and worked on complex features from inception to deployment. I am a full stack designer that can conduct and analyze research, sketch, prototype and deliver beautiful high-def designs.

Projects

Employee Dashboard

I worked on a dashboard that supported our GTM Strategy at Ultimate Software. I was the Lead for all things UX on this project. I collaborated with many different stakeholders from UX Leads, Business Analysts, to Product Managers and Engineers of all verticals within the company to ensure we had a unified global landing page and one seamless portal for our customers.

Global Navigation

I created a unified navigation for our GTM products and collaborated with stakeholders from every vertical to ensure we had a unified navigation. I worked very closely with the Customer Experience Team, PeopleDoc (Paris Team) and the Branding Team to ensure our common goal of our employee experience product. 

Mobile App

I was a Mobile team member for over 2 years and collaborated daily with a cross-functional product development team. I assumed the Business Analyst role for 1 year, before we acquired one, and helped achieve a common goal to a major visual overhaul of the App. Part of my duties was to incorporate DLS mobile patterns into these deliverables. I joined the Product Manager in special presentations of our upcoming features to over 80 potential customers and contributed to get 2 million downloads. I was also a speaker at Ultimate Software’s Developer Conference (DevCon) supporting our mobile app. The Mobile Team was the winner of “Best Team 2017” at Ultimate Software.

Recruiting

I was a team member of a cross-functional product development team and the lead UX designer for Ultimate Software’s Recruiting product. I worked closely with the Business Analysts to understand the business requirements and together with researchers, the engineers and customers, came up with a solution to each problem. I managed all aspects of user experience and had the opportunity to mentor a junior designer.
